BREAKING: Real Madrid finally set to get their man as they offer James Rodriguez for Pogba in mouth-watering swap deal plus cash

Real Madrid have offered James Rodriguez as a makeweight as the team pushes to sign Paul Pogba, according to Don Balon.

Pogba recently stated that it is a "dream" to play for Zinedine Zidane at Real Madrid, and the club is keen to make that dream come true.

But Manchester United are not happy with Rodriguez as the makeweight in the deal, instead insisting on a deal involving Gareth Bale.

BREAKING: Total flop Courtois back to England..? As Real Madrid negotiate De Gea swap deal with Manchester United

Thibaut Courtois has rejected a possible move to Manchester United as part of a deal involving David de Gea going the other way, according to The Sun.

The Real Madrid and Belgium goalkeeper, 26, wants to to remain at the Bernabeu after he joined the club from Chelsea last summer, despite being axed by returning manager Zinedine Zidane in favour of Keylor Navas.

Courtois is said to prefer the idea of a swicth to Paris St-Germain if he has to leave as Real as yet again linked with United's Spain No.1.

BREAKING: Barcelona still desperate to land Paul Pogba as they offer two players plus £45m in mouth-watering swap deal

The Spanish giants were desperate to sign Pogba with their captain Gerard Pique even publicly appealing for the midfielder to sign.

Mina Raiola was keen to find Pogba a way out of Old Trafford and journalist Duncan Castles says he was ‘offered to all the big clubs’.

Only Barcelona showed any interest and they came to the table with a double swap deal.

It’s Castles’ understanding that Andre Gomes, the 25-year-old Portuguese midfielder, and 24-year-old centre-back Yerry Mina were the two players offered.

Castles told the Transfer Window podcast: “We’ve talked at length about the previous problems between Paul Pogba and former manager Jose Mourinho since last season, as things started to fall apart between them.

“We talked about how Mourinho basically couldn’t move him out in the summer because there wasn’t a viable taker for a player who is being offered to all the big clubs in Europe by his agent Mino Raiola.

“The best offer that was proposed was Yerry Mina and Andre Gomes plus £45m in exchange for Paul Pogba by Barcelona, which Manchester United understandably seems to be taking their time to figure out.”

And Barcelona have called in to inform the Manchester United boards that the offer still stands.

BREAKING: Real Madrid set to shatter Eden Hazard dream move as PSG finally agree initial Neymar transfer to Real Madrid

The world of football has never really been the same since the summer of 2017.

Neymar's £198m move from Barcelona to Paris Saint-Germain gave new power to both teams and agents in the transfer market.

In the wake of that mammoth switch, prices for players have increase exponentially - £100m moves have become ever more common.

And the Br azilian has certainly delivered in the French capital since his transfer, scoring goals for fun and winning a domestic treble in his first season.

Neymar has 13 goals and six assists in just 13 Ligue 1 games this season, but is currently sidelined with a metatarsal injury.

Both his campaigns have been slightly blighted by foot injuries and there has always been the lingering feeling that Neymar is waiting for the advances of Real Madrid.

And in a report from The Times, it seems even PSG are preparing for the inevitable and have given themselves three reasons so sanction Neymar's move to the Bernabeu in the summer.

1. Financial Fair Play

PSG are reported to have a £148m unbalance on their books when it comes to FFP, which could see them kicked out of the Champions League sooner rather than later.

Selling Neymar would easily allow them to balance the books, but why is he the superstar they want to shown the exit door? Because of reason number two.

2. The growth of Kylian Mbappe

Neymar's partner-in-crime in attack has outshone the dynamic Br azilian in 2018/19. Mbappe has 18 goals and six assists in just 17 Ligue 1 games this season.

The Frenchman's performances have caught the board's eye more and the 20-year-old is the man for Thomas Tuchel to build his team around.

3. Neymar's wages

PSG's wage bill is one of the biggest in Europe and a lot of that is down to the mouthwatering reported wage Neymar brings in, around £537,000-a-week.

The French champions believe they can bring in a far cheaper option and not lose a huge chunk of their quality going forward.

It would certainly be a huge risk, because any fan who has watched PSG play with Neymar will know that pretty much every attacking move goes through the silly Br azilian.

But without him against Manchester United - a game they won 2-0 - the Parisians looked the complete package and more organised than they ever have in the Champions League.

BREAKING: Real Madrid reportedly set aside €300m for Neymar or they’ll get this two Premier League star players as plan B

Real Madrid have set aside a whopping €300m to land Neymar this summer.

That’s according to Spanish football expert Guillem Balague who says the Paris St-Germain forward is their undoubted first-choice target at the end of the season.

Neymar is said to be unhappy in France and wants to return to Barcelona but the Catalan giants simply can not afford the massive fee it would take to get him out of PSG.

Real are being kept informed of the situation by the player’s dad and will move for Eden Hazard of Chelsea and Tottenham’s Christian Eriksen if a deal for the brilliant Brazilian fails.

Balague said on 5Live: "Did you see what happened when Neymar came to Barcelona and there was a paparazzi waiting there for him and saying, ‘Is it true that you want to come back to Barcelona?’"

"The context of that of course is that we know through Barcelona Football Club that he’s desperate to go back, even though Barcelona haven’t got the money to bring him back."

"On the back of that he was asked and he said something like, ‘Please don’t upset me’ but not with those words, much stronger words. He does dream of coming back."

"Meanwhile, as we’ve been saying all along, his family, or his dad, is trying to make sure that Real Madrid have all the information over the possibility of leaving PSG."

"But right now, it seems like he’s going to stay."

"He can’t cost less than €300m? Right now, Real Madrid are putting that aside to see if he’s available."

"Otherwise that money will go to Hazard and Eriksen. That’s the plan so far."

Both Hazard and Eriksen are in the last 18 months of their contracts and neither have shown much sign of agreeing to a new deal so far.

If they still haven’t signed at the end of the season Chelsea and Tottenham could be forced to cash in or risk losing them for nothing in 2020.

BREAKING: Real Madrid or Chelsea..? Finally Chelsea superstar Eden Hazard makes shocking transfer decision

Real Madrid are confident of signing Eden Hazard from Chelsea after the Belgian recently claimed to have 'made a decision' about his future on French radio.

Hazard has frequently been linked with a move to Madrid over the past few seasons and he has done little to quash those rumours, previously suggesting that it was his dream to play for Los Blancos and that they are the biggest club in the world.

Following Hazard's most recent quotes, which suggested that he has already made a decision about his future, The Mirror now report that Real Madrid are 'confident' of acquiring his signature this summer.

The Spanish giants have made Hazard their number one transfer target are said to be willing to pay £100m to prize him away from Chelsea.

Hazard only has one year left on his contract with Chelsea and has been reluctant to sign a new deal over the past few months, which has added further fuel to the rumours.

BREAKING: Transfer shocker as Real Madrid star player is set for the exit door after handing in transfer request

Out-of-favour Real Madrid man Isco wants a concrete response from club president Florentino Perez over one of three prospective moves away from Los Blancos, per Don Balon.

The Spaniard has struggled for regular game time under Santiago Solari and has been linked with a move from La Liga to improve his prospects.

The championship-winning trio of Juventus, Manchester City and Bayern Munich have all apparently tabled offers for his services and Isco is pressing Perez to make a decision sooner rather than later.

BREAKING: Transfer latest! Real Madrid star player set for immediate exit after falling out with coach as Ronaldo's Juve makes contact

Isco will ask to leave Real Madrid in the summer if Santiago Solari stays on as manager next season, claims AS.

The Spain international has dropped completely out of favour since Solari was appointed Julen Lopetegui’s successor at the end of October.

Isco has only started two of the 19 matches Solari has overseen as Madrid manager but is not interested in leaving this month.

With Madrid performing poorly in all competitions, it is expected that Solari will be sacked before the start of next season.

Isco is prepared to wait until the summer to see who Madrid’s manager will be for next season but will ask to leave if Solari remains in charge.

The 26-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to Manchester City all season but he is not thought to be a target for Pep Guardiola’s side given they are well stocked in positions Isco can play.

Isco has only started five league games this season but Madrid have a better win ratio in those matches (60%) than they do when he hasn’t featured from the off (53.3%) in La Liga this season.

BREAKING: Done Deal! Chelsea finally accept Real Madrid offer of €100m for Hazard as they prepare to launch shocking bid for Barcelona star player

Chelsea look to be edging closer to making a big change in attack as they tell Real Madrid Eden Hazard can leave for £88million and contact Barcelona over the potential transfer Philippe Coutinho.

The Blues are in a weak negotiating position due to Hazard being out of contract in 2020, and Marca claim they’ll now settle for £88m for the Belgium international as they accept he’s going to leave Stamford Bridge.

While this is undoubtedly worrying news from a Chelsea perspective, it does seem as though the club are already working to replace the influential attacker by contacting Barca about Coutinho.

The Daily Express report on CFC’s interest in the former Liverpool man, and state the club would be willing to pay around £100m to bring the Br azilian back to the Premier League.

Given Coutinho’s struggles in his time in La Liga, it is little surprise to see he could be available for a pretty reasonable fee, making him just about the dream Hazard replacement.

His skill, intelligence and eye for goal mean he’d immediately offer us exactly what Hazard has, and his experience in the Premier League also shows he can settle quickly and make a big impact at this level.

BREAKING: Done deal! Chelsea finally get their man as they agree Higuain deal with Juventus... Morata moves to Madrid

Chelsea have reached an agreement with Juventus over the January transfer of Gonzalo Higuain, Goal understands, with the Argentine's loan deal with AC Milan set to be cut short.

The deal will see the Blues handed an option to buy the striker outright for £32.5 million (€36m) upon the completion of a six-month loan, with a series of performance related bonuses being paid to Juventus on the basis of goals scored and appearances.

Higuain and Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri have been pushing for a reunion since the Italian took the reins at Stamford Bridge and it appears now that the pair will finally get their wish after talks between the Premier League side and the Serie A champions.

The 31-year-old was left on the bench for Milan's Supercoppa Italiana loss to Juventus on Wednesday evening in Saudi Arabia, with Rossoneri boss Gennaro Gattuso attributing a fever to the forward's absence from the starting eleven.

Higuain had earlier missed a photo opportunity to receive treatment as talks continued behind the scenes, Milan director Leonardo having stayed in Italy to work on the San Siro side's transfer matters - Genoa's Krzysztof Piatek is the club's main target to replace the outgoing Higuain.

But while the Argentine's move to London is all but finalised, the deal will be paused until Alvaro Morata's future is solidified, as talks over a move away from Chelsea continue.

Atletico Madrid remain at the head of the pack for the Spaniard's signature as Sevilla have pulled out of the race, but have yet to come to an agreement over the cost of a proposed loan arrangement, with an option to buy and wage contributions still being thrashed out.

Chelsea are also looking to offload Michy Batshuayi – valued at £40m ($51m) – on a permanent basis, though the most interested party, Monaco, had been hoping only to secure the Belgian's services on loan.

Monaco have agreed a deal to take over Batshuayi's loan spell with Valencia , but his parent club are exploring their options and have offered the striker to a variety of clubs, with Everton interested in a move for the 25-year-old.

The Toffees' valuation of Batshuayi falls well short of Chelsea's asking price, however, as the Merseyside club look to sign their man for around £18m ($23m).

Chelsea are also looking to sign a replacement for Cesc Fabregas, now at Monaco, and are locked in talks with Zenit for Leandro Paredes for what might be their only other incoming signing in January.

Barcelona have been offered the chance to sign three strikers, according to Don Balon.

BREAKING: Done deal! Finally Chelsea complete signing of Eden Hazard replacement as star player transfer to Real Madrid enters final stages

Chelsea have completed the first major signing of the January transfer window but the club’s fans are convinced it will come at a significant cost.

Borussia Dortmund confirmed the FA Cup holders have agreed a €64million (£57.5m) deal for USA international winger Christian Pulisic, who will be immediately loaned back to the current Bundesliga leaders until the end of the season.

Rather than hail the imminent arrival of one of the most talented youngsters in European football, however, many Chelsea fans fear Pulisic has merely been signed to soften the blow of Eden Hazard’s potential departure.

The Belgium international has rediscovered his best form under the management of Maurizio Sarri but is yet to commit his future to the club with his current contract set to expire in 2020.

Hazard revealed his intention to make a final decision on his future at the end of the current campaign, but many Chelsea fans believes it is almost inevitable he will call time on his seven-year spell in west London with Real Madrid his likely destination.

BREAKING: Transfer shocker as Neymar's €160m release clause is revealed and Barcelona are set to battle Real Madrid for the Brazilian superstar

Neymar has a release clause in his contract that would allow him to leave Paris Saint-Germain for €160 million (£143m/$182m) in 2020, according to as.

The Brazilian superstar arrived in Paris in August 2017 when the Ligue 1 giants paid his release clause at Barcelona, but his stay in France could be short-lived with the rest of Europe's elite interested in bringing him on board.

Neymar will be 28 in 2020 and has regularly been linked with a return to Camp Nou.

BREAKING: Perfect deal... Eden Hazard is the real reason Isco is heading to Chelsea and it's been revealed

Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri is reportedly eyeing Real Madrid outcast Isco in order to get the best out of Stamford Bridge superstar Eden Hazard, who has been increasingly playing in the 'false nine' position.

Sarri enjoyed much success with Hazard's Belgian international teammate Dries Mertens in a similar role at former club Napoli, and it is a role the Chelsea boss has given to Hazard in each of the last two Premier League games, both wins.

Isco has fallen badly out of favour in Madrid this season after failing to get on with new coach Santiago Solari, leading to suggestions that Los Blancos are open to selling.

Chelsea were linked with the four-time Champions League winner earlier this week, with a report from The Sun now claiming that Hazard's new position is the reason why the Premier League side are so keen.

It is said that Sarri sees Isco as a 'perfect foil' for Hazard in a system that will see the Belgian play centrally, with Isco to play from the left and pull the strings creatively.

Chelsea have been tipped to offer £70m to Real, threatening the club record fee they paid for Kepa Arrizabalaga in summer, while Isco himself would be offered a lucrative long-term contract until the summer of 2023 worth £250,000-per-week.

Spending big money on Isco to help Hazard thrive could well be Chelsea's way of getting their star man to stay. Hazard is currently due to be out of contract at the end of next season and has made little secret of his desire to join Real Madrid.

If no new contract is agreed by the end of this season, it may be that Chelsea are forced to offer the player to the highest bidder in the summer to ensure they still receive a sizeable payday, before his transfer value begins to plummet as he heads towards free agency.
